I received my first vanity camera at age 7. You know, the cute little hot pink cheap-job -- I think it was a Barbie brand. My mom thought it was a great gift for a young girl. But little did she know at the time that that would spark my true passion. Ask anyone that knows me, and they will tell you that I've always been known as 'the girl with the camera'.

My interest for creative photography bloomed while attending college in Austin at the University of Texas. To me, there is nothing more satisfying than capturing life through the lens of a camera. And after doing that on a personal level for over 10 years, I found the love to do that for other people.
